Want to Stop Worrying About Health and Just BE Healthy?

This may come as a shock but James and I are not health fanatics.

The point is to get into healthy habits so you’re just healthy and happy every day. You don’t want to have to keep thinking about it and being “into” health for its own sake.

Who wants to keep thinking about this stuff?

It’s just about getting to a point where you’re satisfied with your lifestyle and can enjoy a healthy routine every day, without thought or effort required
