How to Solve Your Problems and Be Happy

Habit Guide is about being happy.

Although it’s called Habit Guide: How to Be Happy and Healthy, being healthy is really a part of happiness. And “habit” is the main method for achieving happiness, believe it or not.

To be happy, you need a crystal clear vision of what it’s going to take to be happy and then remove any obstacles: your problems.

As a quick side note: Most people believe it’s their life circumstances that determine happiness and this is certainly part of it, but the BIGGEST factor in happiness is BIOCHEMISTRY (what state you’re in). But that’s for another time.

Often folks get into a mess… I know I did. And many of the people I’ve helped over the years have been in a mess too.

A great thing to do when you’re in a mess is TALK to friends, family and trusted advisers. It’s about getting a new mindset. And let’s face it; if you’re in a mess, you need a new mindset.

Talking things through helps you to get a new mindset. Just the process of talking things out can help you to get clarity and find ways AROUND your problem.

I say AROUND because it’s rarely a good idea to FACE your problems. Going around them is usually much easier and simpler to do :-)

I’ve spent over twenty years finding solutions and James and I spend countless hours refining our happiness system; that’s where clarity comes in.

Habit Guide provides clarity. Simple effective clarity. I reckon it’s nearly as good as it can get but we do tweak it here and there.
