How to Transform Your Energy and Your Life

Aren’t you sick and tired of conflicting health advice? I know I was when I was sick and tired. I needed answers and I needed them fast. So many experts, so many ideas, so little time. Maybe you can get your own Ph.D. and then you’ll be able to figure out what to eat!?

The nutrition puzzle has driven me nuts over the years. I did a lot of searching, reading and pulling out of hair until one day… EUREKA!… I found a missing piece of the puzzle. With the missing piece, suddenly a lot of confusing stuff makes sense. Suddenly it all seems so clear… so simple.

To Hell and Back

Many times I prayed to die during the 13 years in hell with ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). The medical minds had no answers, no help. Not only that, they made the situation worse by not acknowledging I was ill. If science hasn’t got a label for it, believe me it doesn’t exist. No label = no illness.

Despite all the Ph.D’s I consulted during that time, my intense suffering was ended due to a few simple factors, the most important being diet changes. When I began to laugh again after so long, it was an experience I’ll never forget.

I believe wholeheartedly in the massive power of nutrition and lifestyle to affect both our quantity of health, whether you die at 60 or 100, and quality — our moment to moment joy of life.
