The benefits of a healthy life are incredible. When you live a lifestyle in line with your genes — the lifestyle you were designed for, you just plain FEEL GOOD.
When you really think about it, it makes total sense.Would we ever feel bad if we’re doing what’s totally natural? No, that’s crazy talk.
But we often think about health in an abstract way. Perhaps like something to acquire — like a car. “Oh, I gotta get me some health.” But health should be your natural state.
Honestly, we are in a bad, bad, way right now. As a whole I mean, the whole population.
Disease rates are spiraling out of control, prescriptions are handed out at alarming rates and the worst part is that we are stuck in a place where there is no joy for life. Depression is rife.
The whole picture is not pretty.
There is suffering on a massive scale and most of this suffering you won’t see. People don’t like to talk about it and it happens behind closed doors but it’s there.
And the medics are now predicting a crisis. We can’t keep relying more and more on a care system that doesn’t even solve the problems created by poor lifestyle.
Oh my word, I’m getting so off track here :-)
So, looking good and feeling good…
They are your birthright. It’s how you are supposed to be! You are supposed to be HAPPY.
If you look into the nitty-gritty — if you look at all the tiny changes in your body when you change your lifestyle — eat better, exercise and so-on, you’d see amazing things happening.
And that’s what science is good at. It’s good at tracking these iddy-biddy changes.
And when it does, it sees amazing things.
Everything improves when you live right – in line with what your GENES say is natural for you.
Everything improves.
It’s a long long… very long list of improvements.
But you don’t need to know the long list. All you need is the short list. You will…
… every day.
Believe me, I’ve seen both ends of the health spectrum. And I know which end I want to stay at.
And it’s EASY to do.
Just like we are supposed to be happy, we are also supposed to find happiness effortless.
It’s only because we have dug a big hole for ourselves that it seems such a struggle to get out. Once you’re out, IT’S EASY.
