It was instead, largely the result of a diet lower in calories over an extended time along with a dose of determination to see the digital scales show smaller numbers! Exercise has been the best thing I’ve ever done to keep my remaining body look tight and to stop it from sagging! Cardio to bring about weight loss is over rated.</description>
