Who are you?

Why did you write it?

I was a zombie for 13 years with chronic ill-health. It wasn't funny. I looked for a way out of hell and I learned a lot. I see so much suffering and it's nearly all avoidable.

How long does it take to read?

It takes about an hour to read the all-important Change section of Habit Guide. It's short because it needs to be read more than once—to "internalize" or "own" the information. So it's short to be effective. No fluff allowed.
