I have definitely done every diet! So, I follow your diet and advice and call it done… It works, I have been great!

Omigod I realized what a small little mind I have! HA! Where did you get this ability to distill all of this complex stuff into such simple straight forward answers!? Honestly you are like an interpreter… and I have to say THANK YOU! I get it! Now I know the real truth!!! Really I have concluded I am finally FREE.

Thanks for the clarity, candour, and compassion: your calm resonates and is just oh, so reassuring! That is what I just love about Habit Guide. You have no need to promote some particular viewpoint — just the truth with integrity… Love your honesty and humanity. And, damn you make everything just so simple! That is your talent you know. Everyone I run into is going to hear about Habit Guide!!!

Thank you Mike and James for Habit Guide! I have been reading each step with interest. I think I am very fortunate and am appreciating being armed with these tools to help me with my own personal drive to achieve my health goals. I now have some for the first time in 50 years!!

You know sometimes the message is there but folk have a dry way of passing it on.. it doesn’t work for me then! You’re both such lovely characters and you deliver the whole Habit Guide in such an endearing way, its lovely.

A wealth of knowledge about healthy living presented in an easy, friendly format. Thanks for bringing some order in my chaos :-)

Thanks Mike for a great book! It really is the first I have seen that actually addresses the whys and hows of our habits.

It is also sound from a psychological therapy stand point, (I am a psychologist, but I am certainly not immune to my own bad habits around food!). I really got a lot out of reading Habit Guide today and plan to put it into action!

It’s smart and savvy information in a very user friendly format. As a psychologist I found the guide beautifully simple and on-target. Thanks for this pearl of wisdom. You are fabulous! Please let me know how I can ever assist you in the future, your work is dead-on.

It’s in answering the question of how to live well that Habit Guide fits so perfectly. Mike has developed a brilliant resource that provides a roadmap to building good habits. A two week blitz of eating perfectly and exercising is not going to change your health long-term.

Instead it’s through building habits — daily and weekly practices — that you can change your health… which is the beauty of Habit Guide.

Having tried to change everything in one go before (and then giving up cos it all seemed too hard) this guide has helped me realise that I was being too unrealistic. I think Habit Guide will help me set better goals for myself-so thanks!

Habit Guide is a good hard look at how to make good habits and I think it goes hand and hand with this whole overwhelming diet feeling a lot of us have.

I just get excited when I am able to read a book now, nod my head and say, yup, that is it, that’s what I did. Now it makes sense!

    Hi Mike and James,

I bought the book and am already loving it. I am one of those people who always says “That’s a nice thought, but HOW do I do it?” I need the step-by-step breakdown and this is full of what I need.

    Thanks!

I just read Habit Guide. It’s easy to read, use and navigate through and it’s suitable for anyone who wants better health.

My favorite part of the book is ‘Understand the power of habit’. That part gave me a few ‘Aha!’-moments as it brought up things I knew about (but that I never really gave any thought to) in a new light. You can tell that you have life experience.

Your book is excellent. I am not done reading yet, but what I have read so far is excellent. The book is well organized, excellent thought process.

You have nailed important root cause, the bad habit, and if we all go back and analyse our bad habits it is a good start.

It is too bad that marketing is letting people over look that, and tries to fix many issues with supplements like weight, and the one that kills me the most is wrinkles, lol. Thank you!

  16. Sten Andersen

You’re very clear and readable on some deep psychological issues on habit formation. And you make the processes that go on in the brain easily understandable.

One concept made me think about completely new ways I can quit my bad habits. You’ve got a no-nonsense way of keeping it simple and just getting it done. But not only that, you show us how to make the good stuff fun and easy! And that’s what we all need, isn’t it?

    Hi James

Thank you for your kind response to my email. It was reassuring to discover that there is an actual real live person there instead of the plastic nonentity that one is up against with a lot of websites!

I have bought and had a quick look this evening at the Habit Guide. It is very clearly and thoughtfully set out and I shall look forward to studying it in more depth.

    Best wishes
    Elisabeth
