The importance of good habits
It’s hard to underestimate the importance of good habits. You can look at a thousand health websites and books and almost every one will be talking about habits somewhere.
I’ve seen it because as you can imagine — habits are on my “radar.”
“There’s that ‘habit’ word again,” my brother James often says when we’re chatting. Once you know something, you see it everywhere.
But it’s buried. You won’t notice it. You’ll read “Yeah, you’ve got to get into good health habits,” and just give it glancing attention, or maybe not even notice at all…
The point is — habits should be on top with BIG flashing neon signs and great big arrows pointing. Perhaps a couple of trumpeters and dancing girls with some razzmatazz going on…
Habits are FUNDAMENTAL.
I mean — they are the ROOT CAUSE of good and bad outcomes, health and otherwise.
Therefore they deserve some importance, some razzmatazz. They deserve to be up front and central.
Welcome to Habit Central :-)
All the best,
