Yes, Habit Guide talks about how alcohol helps you get to sleep but disturbs your sleep QUALITY. It’s a problem.
Meditation is PART of being happy but we can’t cherry pick. The six elements when in place are the causes of health and happiness. I have NO doubt about it. None whatsoever…
Habit Guide lays out the finish line and there’s plenty of ways to individualize it for yourself. If you could really SEE your finish line clearly and step towards it, you’ll be taking the fastest route to happiness.
You’re right when you say “it all goes to hell.” And the reverse is also true. When you do things in line with what your genes expect, it all goes to heaven :-)
Good habits cause health
And the root cause of all outcomes good or bad is HABIT. If you had a few drinks last night it’s because you had them the night before.
For good or bad our habits repeat.
See your finish line with exceptional clarity and take your sure footed steps. All will go to heaven :-)
- Eat and drink the right stuff
- Be free from drugs
- Exercise outdoors
- Sleep well
- Get organized
- Live in the moment
See all these things in your life, in place, effortlessly in place.
You will be happy and healthy.
