Hi Cynthia,

Lovely to hear from you and many thanks for your comment :-) Yes, doable is the way to go isn't it? And "slim, sexy and energetic" sounds like a wonderful "finish-line."!! Who would say no to THAT feeling :-)

The "time" thing really hit me when I had clients to train, one-to-one. I would see them once a week and set weekly targets etc. It seemed like no time at all before the next meet-up. And when they were focused and motivated, the little weekly changes got great results in how they looked and felt a few months down the line.

Thanks again Cynthia,
Mike

Michael,

Thanks for this reminder. I have been challenged by my inability to stick with big changes in my diet. My heart is in the right place... but I know that, for the most part, I am pretty healthy and not overweight so my commitment wavers. But I do want a happier tummy (digestive issues) and a more consistent feeling of being slim and sexy and energetic -- not to mention feeling productive in meeting my life goals. So, this reminder of baby steps is helpful because it seems more doable and less overwhelming.

You are so right about how time flies!

Thank you!
