I’d like to talk to you about some ideas that make for simple health solutions…

First up, it’s great to get crystal clear about HABITS:

Habits are the driving force behind good or bad health outcomes.

In fact, habits are the driving force behind almost ALL outcomes. Very tricky — because habits are very SUBTLE as well as POWERFUL — quite a combination!

They are subtle because the whole purpose behind them is to make any repetitive behavior AUTOMATIC. And automatic means they don’t need your control or even your awareness to happen.

That’s the power of habit, for good or bad…

So as you’d expect, the main focus of Habit Guide is to harness the power of habit to produce the outcome of health and happiness — and who doesn’t want that?

But there’s two other recurring principles that you’ll find in Habit Guide and the first one is…

Simplicity

The fact is that the simpler and clearer we can be, the more likely it is that we’ll have a good result when it comes to change. Keep it real

It astounds me sometimes how “unreal” a lot of advice is. Like you know, you’re running around all day trying to juggle a million things but now you’re told you need to conjure up a cordon bleu, low calorie, amazingly tasty meal with ten ingredients (as well as prepare another meal for the rest of the family) and find time to exercise for thirty minutes as well as deal with screaming kids, grumpy spouses and who knows what else!

Not going to happen.

So effective health solutions are based on…

Bottom line
