The WHY, WHAT and HOW of Change

If I ask you to take some actions, there’s a good chance you’re going to want to know why you should do it.

Fair enough.

But  WHY is a big subject and you don’t need to know all the WHY stuff…

If I put all that stuff in the actual book, it would become drawn out and impossible to use. It would feel like a lifetime’s study. And all that is not needed…

Again, going back to that thing I hypothetically want you to do…

If I start trying to convince you of WHY and you get to a point where you’re convinced — at that point, WHY becomes irrelevant. Hopefully at that point you’re not only convinced, you’re also inspired and motivated to take the beneficial action.

Habit Guide has just enough WHY to convince you. And the WHYs are BIG ideas that, once you KNOW them, have you saying “a-ha” :-) The truth seems so obvious once you know it.

So… Habit Guide is mainly PRACTICAL. It’s mainly WHAT and HOW to be happy and healthy.

So please leap over to the WHAT and HOW stuff in Habit Guide. That’s the stuff that gets to the nitty gritty. You’ll start to make real, practical changes that will have you feeling better and better day by day…
