Little known ways to avoid death!

"Ouch"

This article contains frank and possibly shocking views. Click away now if you’re easily upset!

You know, it’s unbelievable! How often have you heard the “wisdom,”…

“Live for today, you might get hit by a bus tomorrow!”? Or something similar? …

But I have to tell you; it’s unlikely a bus or any other accident will get you. No, it’s much more likely to be cancer, heart disease, stroke or diabetes.

These are the big killers — the so called chronic diseases…

And if these chronic diseases don’t kill you, you can always just wish you were dead with other chronic diseases such as chronic fatigue syndrome, colitis and depression.

Or maybe an even slower burn one such as obesity, arthritis, alzheimers or even chronic back pain?

Maybe the title of this post should have been “Little used ways to avoid death,” because deep in most people’s sub-conscious mind, they know all these are lifestyle related illnesses!

So, avoiding death, statistically, is more about avoiding chronic diseases and the beautiful thing is — that what gives you the best chance of doing that, automatically makes you happier from moment-to-moment.

To give you the best chance of avoiding death and being happy, try these little used ways;

  1. Eat a large amount of alkali-forming foods — fruit and veg to you and me.
  2. Get regular exercise that makes you slightly out of breath.
  3. Drink water and not much alcohol
  4. Reduce stress…

I could go on… and I do, in Habit Guide. The benefits of a healthy life go far beyond avoiding death. It’s about energy, joy, happiness and all the side benefits of being in that state.

And if you think that all of the killer chronic diseases are diseases of old age — you used to be right but not now. Believe me, the statistics on this stuff is shocking. I saw a TV bio-doc of a beautiful 14 year old girl dying of cancer. It was her last days filmed for the world to see and it was a heart wrenching watch.

Disease rates are growing and growing and affecting younger and younger people. And it’s not enough to know what to do — as in the list above, or even why. The biggest problem is HOW, and that’s why Habit Guide exists.

Avoid death and suffering using the little used ways and add zings to your present moment.

All the best,
