I want to replace my destructive habits with habits that lead to a healthy and happy lifestyle, I no longer want to live life below my standards. I want to contribute, take responsibility and be the happy person I deserve to be!

Today MUST be the day!!
For several years, since the death of my mom in 2003 I have been so sad. Blessed in so many ways, there was just something aching inside.
Yesterday my husband had surgery, but today asked if we could just “go outside and sit in the beautiful fall morning.”
Yesterday I heard that a dear classmate had died while planning our high school reunion (we are 57). But today I had an email from her husband that was encouraging to me. And this from someone I KNOW is hurting deeply.
So, when I saw your website on my “get organized now” email… something just said THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED!!

Thanks for your lovely message!
I love it when I get such a strong feeling about the right thing to do, like the one you had.
I’ve come to trust my feelings and look to them more and more for guidance. For example, if what I’m paying attention to is making my heart sink, I think again :-)
I think we make our requests, identify our needs and desires and then some higher power… our “big mind” or God or whatever, tells us by feelings… “This is IT.” :-)
